Recently taken in part exchange against one of our bespoke builds is this Firenze Red Defender 90, converted by Twisted Automotive.
Originally supplied new by Twisted in late 2006 as a Java Black TD5 XS Station Wagon to its first owner of 19 years, it later underwent a major upgrade in 2018, receiving an LS3 V8 paired with a 6-speed automatic gearbox. To complement the increased performance, Twisted fitted their Bilstein progressive suspension system and Alcon front brakes with 6-piston callipers.
In 2014, the vehicle was fully resprayed from its original Java Black to the striking Firenze Red, while retaining the Java Black roof. Twisted Sport 18” alloys, wrapped in BFGoodrich All-Terrain tyres, give a wider stance, while the front end features a KBX grille and light surrounds in gloss black, matched with chequer plate to the wing tops and side sills.
This low-owner, low-mileage (42122 miles) example is accompanied by a comprehensive history file, including all MOT certificates, full service records, and detailed documentation of every modification, all carried out by Twisted.
