Newly re-commissioned Defender Puma. Incredibly high spec with over £30, 000 spent on new parts and accessories. As well as a full exterior and interior professional respray. All work was completed for a featured YouTube project to promote products and services of an online Land Rover specialist parts company.
Up until the re-commissioning of this Defender Puma, the vehicle had just one owner from new and lived life on an estate in Wales. Meticulously serviced the base vehicle was extremely good with no replacement panels or repairs needed. Originally a pickup, it has been fitted with a late model hardtop and rear door. The list of upgrades fitted to this Defender is huge and all parts will come with the manufacturers full warranty from the date of the sale. Everything fitted as part of the transformation is new.
It's extremely rare for a Defender with this standard of equipment to become available with less than 10 miles put on the vehicle after completion.
A stage 1 tune has been added to make full use of the Allisport upgrades and performance is fantastic. It's not aggressive but incredibly smooth and quiet. The original cats have been retained when the custom exhaust was fitted to be emissions compliant.
I have built a number of Defenders in my time and can say with confidence, this one drives better than any. I thoroughly recommend a viewing and test drive.
The Land Rover will be undersealed prior to sale. TYhis has not been done yet to avoid contamination when getting the full respray. If you're reading this listing, I'm sure you know your Defenders well and can see the extent to which this 90 has been transformed. It's is a complete one off in a non Land Rover colour (Ascot Grey) which looks superb and even better in real life. The handling is precise with a 20mm drop and the sound levels inside are remarkably low due to the extensive sound deadening.
I've tried to build a Land Rover Defender that can easily be used as a practical daily commuter. Driven in comfort all year round with modern conveniences that you wouldn't normally associate with a Defender 90.
The driving position will happily accommodate taller drivers as a seat riser has been fitted in collaboration with a bulkhead removal bar giving lots of leg room. Space in the rear is also comfortable for adults and younger passengers and the lock n fold seats are the pinnacle of engineering, crash tested and fully safety approved.
