No modifications. I have owned the car for the last 2 years and it has been a joy, purchased from a well known and well regarded dealer in Kent in 2023. Reason for sale is having acquired another modern classic Audi. Anything this A4 has required mechanically has been done including; New brake calipers, discs and pads in March 2024, New cambelt, aux belt, hydraulic tensioner, water pump (all replaced as preventative maintenance not failure) and major service in February 2025, the digital dashboard cluster was professionally restored in April 2025 (receipt to prove), New rocker cover gasket, engine breather pipework and chassis Lanoguard treatment in May 2025 (all receipts to prove), New MOT Until next year 07 September 2026 with the sole advisory (coolant header tank, cracked with age) replaced on 12 August 2025 (receipt to prove). The engine and gearbox are the smoothest I have experienced in any of the several Audis I have owned (including A6, S4, A4 Avant, TT). The benefits from a ‘proper’ Torsen Quattro permanent four wheel drive system as the engine is mounted longitudally in the engine bay, which endows the car and driver with a responsiveness and handling which is responsive and agile in all weathers.
