Chrysler 300C SRT-8 6. 1 V8 Supercharged
A shared platform and drivetrain with the Dodge Challenger/ Charger SRT-8 but with the added bonus of a £9. 5k Edelbrock Supercharger. Boosting power to 556bhp.
The 6. 1 Hemi is the most reliable of the bunch - without the "Hemi tick" and cylinder deactivation issues often found in the 5. 7s or the later 6. 4s.
SRT-8 chassis and handling upgrades include 4 piston Brembo brakes, 20 inch forged aluminum wheels, tuned dampers, specially tailored spring rates and suspension bushings and larger diameter anti-sway bars. Lower front and rear suspension knuckles. SRT-8 specific ESP and gearbox tuning.
Despite its size, this is a very capable and light-footed car. I have owned a 3. 0 300c and a 5. 7 Charger in the past and this is a completely different animal.
It has just received a major service/ refresh including engine oil & filter, 16x spark plugs, transmission oil and filter change, all front track control arms and tie rods (these may as well be serviceable on 300s). Fresh MOT with no advisories.
Completely original other than the Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger and Magnaflow exhaust, which both sound fantastic.
Excellent service history including a stamped book and invoices. Full leather book pack with handbook, radio and sat nav guides. Full fitting instructions for the supercharger as well as the original parts required to remove it if desired. HPI clear. 2x keys.
