Honda CX500 Cafe Racer / Scrambler Build.
Runs and drives - currently insured and MOT / ULEZ Exempt - Historic Vehicle tax class. Drives well.
Great bike - Done a fair bit of work to get this Road legal, fix wiring issues and make generally able to drive comfortably. Re-built the carbs multiple times and runs lovely now even with Pod Filters. Only the occasional pop or bang, revs smoothly.
Still needs work doing including LH exhaust muffle not secured - needs a mounting point.
Also - Bike only starts with clutch in currently - even in neutral - so needs a switch fixing / diagnosing.
Brake light, indicators, headlight, number plate light all working.
Brake light only comes on with front brake not rear - previous owner must have done a delete.
Good looking bike - that can be an ongoing project.
