It is chassis no. 2 and has a plate on the dashboard confirming this, so the engine is the full Caterham supplied Cosworth version, with a 6speed manual gearbox, and the most powerful manual Caterham available.
The car is in fantastic condition and is garage and never goes out unless sunny. It has full weather gear, lower floors, carbon airbox, wings and nose cone, new tyres (Caterham recommended), etc.
I have owned the car for 7/ 8 years but am now looking for an interesting car which I can also insurance my son on too that isn’t quite at this performance level.
I would consider a part exchange if something interesting, Lotus, Porsche etc.
Or possibly an MX5 as we have a separate requirement within the family too.
