Description
She has been meticulously re-fettled. Original engine and pre-select Wilson GearboxShe was found abandoned in a field outside Birmingham by a retired engineer. He took her home to his workshop and took her apart 1990-1997 documenting the entire process with photographs working 40hrs/ week until shorty before his death after 7 years. Amazingly no one in the family wanted this meticulous restoration and she was sold at auction to an Irish collector who kept her in his own private museum amongst his other car collection for 14 years. He would take her out each week to stretch her legs and covered 140miles after her rebuild in 14 years.
She was acquired by Bath Dentist to promote his clinic in 2012 and is driven almost every day having now covered 5300 miles.
After sitting in the museum for such a time, she has been meticulously re-fettled.
She has her original engine and pre-select Wilson Gearbox
And for sale now as current owner is moving overseas where she can not be maintained.
