1957 Lambretta Ld150.
Stunning Ld150 mk3 lovingly restored and rebuilt by previous owner.
As pictures and video show, it’s in stunning condition, it really does look good.
It has 12v variotronic ignition, so it starts really easily. The engine was built by Dave (Waddo) at DJ scooters, who is one of the best shaft drive builders about today. The engine is more or less standard other than it has a tv175 conrod so it has got a needle roller little end instead of the brass, so it is much more robust. It’s done approx 100 miles since rebuild so will need some more running in time. All the lights and horn work as they should. Speedo is not currently working.
It really is a lovely scooter and its starts and rides nicely. I am looking for something a little more practical to keep up with my friends RT kitted Special. So may be interested if you have a higher capacity Lambretta. I have a video available of scooter starting and riding, I’m happy to forward if requested.
Local drop off may be possible. Beautiful condition restored cosmetically and mechanically.
