Description
Fiat Ritmo 130 TC Abarth registered in February 1985 with 98, 600 km, in Corfu white, in excellent maintained condition. The car is used for historic tourist regularity rallies and occasional gatherings, it has CRS no. 539608 dated 23/ 05/ 2024 and the ACI Sport Historic Regularity card no. 009324 dated 18/ 04/ 2024.
The car is a preserved, unrestored example and the only changes to the original are in the light engine preparation with a slight power increase and lower torque for better response, the flattening of the rear leaf spring to lower the rear stance and stiffer and shorter front springs, a steel exhaust silencer brand Cecam for a sportier sound. The car has many accessories (see photo) such as four extra Carello Sirio headlights, a pair of 18 cm and a pair of 19 cm in diameter, both with wheel arch protectors, four stiffer dampers and street front springs, original era Parimor air deflectors, red indoor car cover with Abarth crest, red steering wheel cover with Abarth crest, the new right front deflector still in its original packaging and the Vitaloni right wing mirror for those who want to mount it. Maintenance carried out in March 2024 at 94, 400 km in a renowned Verona primary workshop specialised in car preparation and competition and track support: replacement of centre exhaust, fitted new Pirelli Cinturato P1 tyres, fitted new timing kit with water pump, new 60 Ah battery, new fuel tank float, new oil seal and flywheel, new clutch kit, new spark plugs, oil filter and engine oil and gearbox oil, new brake pump, new spark plugs, new steering coupling boot and cleaning, checking and synchronising of the two 40mm Weber carburetters.
Work carried out on 07/ 2025 at 97, 700 km by a renowned Verona historic workshop also involved in preparation and support at race tracks for competition cars.
Suspension inspection, engine oil and filter, antifreeze replacement, replacement of oil pan plug, lubrication of pedal assembly and steering hub, brake fluid replacement and bleeding, replacement of rear drum brake struts and pistons, valve clearance adjustment and replacement of valve cover gaskets and replacement of air intake flanges from rubber to aluminium. (This replacement of flanges (see photo) was necessary because the original rubber flanges cracked allowing air ingress. Searching for new rubber flanges found they exist but the replacement is 40 years old and not reliable because rubber hardens and breaks over time, so aluminium flanges were chosen.)
