Innocenti Mini Cooper 1300 Pre-Export 1973
Automobile with a conservative restoration carried out in 2016, engine and gearbox with zero kilometres, ASI Gold Plate certified.
Pre-Export Cooper 1300-B39/ 6 version, built in just 9, 992 units compared with 28, 153 of the subsequent Export series, red with black roof, black Ski interior and grey fabric, total mileage 95, 000 but with engine and gearbox completely rebuilt and with less than 200 km since the rebuild.
The restoration covered the following parts:
- Bodywork completely dismantled and hand-stripped of paint (not sandblasted)
- Replacement floors
- Total repaint of the entire shell
- Complete rebuild of the engine block including pistons, rings, cylinder head, valves, connecting rods, etc.
- Rebuild of the gearbox with a new clutch
- Suspension replacement
- Fuel tank emptied and cleaned
- Total braking system overhaul
- Total electrical system overhaul
- 4 new tyres just replaced (June 2025)
- Carello period fog lamps
- 10" Minilite alloy wheels
Original black number plates
The carpet is original but I have ordered a new one
To apply the inscription on the front grille “Mini Cooper 1300” which is available
I ordered the horn button with the stylised “i” which will be delivered shortly
To mount the original cooling liquid reservoir which is available

The car since its restoration has covered just 200 km, in July 2025 I carried out a full service on the engine, brakes, changed 4 tyres and the bi-annual inspection.
