A full matching numbered car which I have owned for 10 years (there were just 3 previous owners). This SC has never been damaged and spent most of its time in my ownership in heated storage. Started, run and moved around every single week. I have owned many Porsches - this is by far the best I have ever owned. I have been a Porsche 911 restoration specialist and enthusiast for over 45 years and in my ownership this vehicle has benefited from a full glass out respray - no expense spared. Only done because of the red paint fading. Having been a National Concours Judge over a period of 10 years I am fully qualified to say this 911 is in exceptional condition. Everything that was removed from the vehicle has been completely refurbished and put back as it left the factory. It has always been in a heated garage and covered. The owner previous to me was my friend and he owned it for 30 years. So a cherished car. Everything on this works exactly as it should. It is an original genuine 911SC. Manufactured in August 1982. 1983 model with factory rear whale tail. It drives beautifully on the road. It still has its original black and red spare keys, tool kit, red folder, handbook & a folder full of history.

The engine has never been apart and has no oil leaks. I cannot express how exceptional this 911SC is and would describe it as one of the best 911SCs still in existence.
Genuine reason for sale. This would make a perfect investment as there is nothing to spend on it.
Now running on Historic Road Tax.
Note: Vehicle has had a full service and tune. All filters changed, including front tank filter. New accumulator. New front fuel pump. New battery and reconditioned warm up regulator. All the above were only advisories by the mechanic, but I have had them done as this car warrants the care. Also will come with a fully tailored cotton breathable cover in, of course, red.
