Description
This is a 1994 Renault Twingo finished Rouge Corail, one of the iconic launch colours. As a 1994 car it has all the desirable features of the early Twingos such as side interior lamp and fixed rear boot latch.
Having always been garaged it is in remarkable condition and completely original with one of the lowest mileage of just 45, 000km. This maybe the most original 94 car in such a condition - certainly in the UK and one of few in France to have survived.
It led a cherished life in France being used to tow bee hives hence the tow bar and ‘j’aime miel’ sticker. It was owned by a family who unusually kept all the paperwork including original loan agreement and all invoices from new. It then passed briefly to a Twingo enthusiast in France from whom I bought it from.
Inside is incredible with the vivid Soho trim as new and un faded nor worn. It has genuine Renault floor mats and the correct original Grundig radio. Everything works and all the green plastics are correct
The underside is superb with even the factory paint flashes on the springs.
Since coming to the UK it has been registered and all fees paid. It has retained the French plates. I also have pictures of it returning to the original dealer.
It has one mark on the b and c pillar but the paint is not damaged and I didn’t want to repaint it so it is exactly as it left the factory. The front bumper was scuffed on one corner but I have a brand new replacement to include.
Since bringing it to UK, it has been carefully stored in a Carcoon. I also own a 93 Twingo and am only selling this car as I have purchased another Renault
from France and need to make space.
This would suit someone looking for a highly original, early car arguably the most desirable and rare here in the UK - ideal for events such as Festival of the Unexceptional
Thank you
