This is a very reluctant sale of my cherished E36 Touring, which I have personally owned for over four years, primarily stored in an enclosed garage as an investment. This specific car is a rare and highly desirable original, unmolested example with superb provenance and comprehensive documentation, including the original build sheet from when the car was ordered and supplied new by BMW Park Lane in 1999.

Engine, Gearbox, and Drivetrain are in excellent mechanical order.
Bodywork overall is in very good condition with some light rust on the bottom rear arches and the common rusty tailgate under the rear screen.
Typical stone chips and scratches around the bodywork for the age and mileage, but the paintwork is still in excellent condition.
Interior is in good condition, typical wear and tear on the drivers seat. Would benefit with a good valet to bring it back to life. Drivers seat bolster, armrest, and steering wheel are all showing some wear and tear as expected for its age and mileage.
