Description
Splendid Fiat 127 SPECIAL with a low boot (rarer) from 1976.
The car has been fully restored, as can be seen in the photos, and requires no repair work.
Even after 50 years it always starts at first attempt.
I am the second owner and from 1976 to 2014 it was the sole owner.
Always kept in a garage, Alcantara interior in good condition and all original parts preserved

The Fiat 127 Special represents one of the most refined and well-regarded versions of the iconic Fiat 127, the car that revolutionized the concept of the small family car in the 1970s. Built on a platform awarded Car of the Year in 1972, the 127 Special stood out for its richer equipment, improved finishes, more comfortable interior, and more elegant styling details compared to the standard versions.
Compact on the outside yet surprisingly spacious inside, thanks to its transverse engine and front-wheel drive layout, it was a modern, reliable car well ahead of its time, becoming a true symbol of Italy’s post-war growth. Today it is a highly sought-after youngtimer, appreciated for its mechanical simplicity, authentic 1970s design, and historical value.
