Very desirable model being a S-VT Sport Edition. This facelift model comes with a powerful 1. 8ltr engine, factory 6-speed gearbox and has a limited slip-differential. Engine had full service including air/ oil filters, engine oil, spark plugs, coolant flush and drive belts replaced. Water-pump and cambelt done for latest MOT. Tensioners and seals also replaced while the engine was being worked on. Engine strut-brace for added stability. Brake fluid flushed and replaced as part of brake servicing. This model came with additional chassis bracing on the underside and rear of the car as standard from factory.
The bodywork is absolutely solid and rust free. There is no rust on any of the sills or arches. On the rear arches the original factory spot welds are still visible. A new battery was fitted 2mths ago.
This model has the S-VT big-brake kit fitted from Mazda. New brake pads fitted, plus both front calipers replaced with new ones. The car has ABS braking with all sensors working correctly. Lightweight 16-inch alloy wheels, with locking wheel nut. Toyo Sport stainless steel cat-back exhaust really suits the car and gives a lovely note.
Mohair soft top roof with heated screen. Leather tonneau cover also included. Matching red hardtop is also available separately with the car for £500, also has the heated rear-screen fitted. Behind the seats is a wind-deflector with storage and chrome style bar.
Interior is extremely clean and tidy. All buttons and dials work perfectly, including electric wing mirrors and electric door windows. Leather seats have heated controls. Original MX5 mats. A digital display screen fitted on the centre-dash which can be connected to phone/ Bluetooth. Air-conditioning, front fog-lights, dual SRS airbags and chrome fuel filler cap.
