This CB550 was pre registered under an employee of Motorcycle City in 1979 and the following year with zero miles on the clock the bike was sold to its first private keeper and remained with this keeper for the next 45 years.
Used sparingly over the years and only during the dry summer months. The machine has been in and out of storage due to family and work commitments. Garage kept from new with fuel drained and replenished on a regular basis, and last used on the road during 2001.
Beautiful 100% original unrestored condition throughout and still wearing its original factory fitted tyres, the chrome and painted finishes have the odd blemish here and there, however, this is probably one of the best if not the best unrestored example currently available.
Recently serviced with fresh oil and filter and new battery.
Complete with V5c, 2 keys, expired MOT's/ Tax discs, document folder, owners manual, service booklet and under seat toolkit.
This bike qualifies for MOT and Road Tax exemption, therefore, this will need to be applied for during the next change of ownership.
