Registered correctly as a 1975 Adams Roadster
The rare Adams Roadster was designed by Dennis Adams (ex-Lister) who was responsible for dramatic designs such as the Probe 16 (featured in A Clockwork Orange) and some jMarcos designs. The Roadster was produced in very limited numbers, with only around 17 believed to have been constructed in the eighties.
Only 17 are believed to have been built, this model being number 9
This car was a full factory assembled model, correctly registered on V5 as an Adams Roadster 1975, MWS 15 inch bolt on wire wheels.
This is number 009 in the Adams production run.
Finished in bright Ford Rosso red with black leather seats and red piping, motalita steeringwheel, walnut dash with full Jaguar instrumentation.
Daimler 4. 2 XK engine, twin SU carbs, 4 speed plus overdrive gearbox, PAS, servo powered brakes, servo assisted clutch, SUS exhaust.
New servo and master cylinder recently fotted. Brakes are superb.
Gearbox fully overhauled less than 6000 miles ago at cost over £2000
Full stainless Steel thick gauge exhaust with twin pipe side exit

Jaguar based repro coach built by the famous Adams brothers, Dennis and Peter who were responsible for other sports cars, notably being an ex Lister design engineer, the cars in Clockwork Orange movie. This roadster was built based on the look of other 1930's roadsters, and one of only 17 belived built, finished in Rosso bright red, with black interior piped in red, powered by the popular Jaguar 4. 2 engine with twin carbs, manual synchro gearbox with overdrive, power steering, and disc brakes, making this a pleasure to drive, fold down front wind screen revealing original aero screens for an exhilarating driving experience. All weather equipment, plus side screens, fitted with factory wire wheels, and twin side mounted spare wheels, and equipped with hood cover, full tonneau cover, rear chrome luggage rack, badge bar with various badges, wire grill head light protectors, twin spots, excellent history file with invoices and old MOTs and tax discs.
