Sadly up for sale is my lovely 1984 Mercedes Benz W123.
This is an absolutely amazing looking car with a lot of great modifications. It's in a fantastic usable condition. This is helped by the fact it is a historic class vehicle. Meaning no Tax, no MOT, ULEZ and other benefits too. Which paired with being an indestructible Mercedes W123, with the fantastic 2. 0 M102 engine, makes a cracking all round package.
The car itself is a 1984 Mercedes 200 Auto. This started life in cream / ivory and was made into a dream car for a wedding. Beyond the fact it's a fantastic Mercedes W123 to begin with. The car benefits from the following:
Exterior: BBS front Bumper, AMG side skirts, AMG rear bumper, Pre-Merger AMG Exhaust tips, custom OZ deep dish split rims (the real thing, no Chinese rubbish), modified headlights, rear window blind, Passenger side mirror delete (genuine rare Mercedes part) and a full exterior repaint in Lapis Silver (windows out, door shuts, full exterior, not engine bay). The rear bumper does have a ding, this can be straightened out quite easily, but has never bothered me. I prefer an honest car I can enjoy, as opposed to something I have to worry about 24/ 7.
Interior: The interior remains mostly as standard, but with a few very beneficial upgrades. Including an Audison Audio system upgrade (Front Speakers and active footwell sub), period correct rear pioneer speaker pods (with modern coaxial speakers fitted), rear window blind, kenwood BT750 DAB (amazing stereo, with time alignment etc), there is some slight wear to the drivers side seat bolster and other light wear in line with age, in the boot is a helix 10" competition subwoofer, the boot also needs the carpet panels refitting.
Mechanicals: the car has been well serviced up to date and is a definite get in and go car with no concerns. Used and enjoyed without any worries. It's had the brake callipers rebuilt, fuel system serviced, lowered suspension and more.
The vehicle has covered 154, 000 miles, which is absolutely nothing for one of these W123. The price is very reasonable. There are very few cars you can get into which look this good, are this cheap and easy to run, and are this enjoyable to own. Especially at this price point.
