For sale is my 2003 Volkswagen Golf MK4 R32. This is not your ordinary R32, it is running a fully forged engine & is now boosted, producing around 475 BHP thanks to a Rotrex supercharger. It is the ultimate OEM+ sleeper build & every effort has been put into making sure if VW had made the MK4 R32 boosted from factory, this would have been the outcome. The shell has covered a low 87, 000 miles & the built engine has covered around 9, 000 miles.
Within the last 18 months, I have spent countless hours & money ( around £15, 000+) to make this one of the best available . Every part during the rebuild was sourced genuine VW. I’ve sourced parts worldwide to ensure it’s as close to factory condition & finish !
From factory, it’s high spec car. This includes:
-Deep blue pearl paint
-SAT NAV
-Blue tint R32 glass
-Cruise control
-Climate control
-Full leather Konig sport seats
-Electric mirrors/ windows
-Xenon headlamps

Body:
The body has been completely resprayed . All panels, glass, trims & fixings were removed prior to paint. The shell & door/ boot shuts have been painted so it’s as new . Zero rust. The shell, sills & floorpan are immaculate. Prior to re-assembly, I have applied cavity wax inside the quarter panels, sills & wings to ensure the car remains rust free for the foreseeable future. The car has covered around 500 miles since the above work was carried out, so it’s still as new. Prior to the paint job , an extensive list of brand new genuine VW parts were sourced, these are listed below.
Engine & Transmission :
Original BFH R32 3. 2 V6 engine which has been built by R32 specialist VAG auto care services. The engine is fully forged using Wossner pistons & Rods kit. The BFH engine comes from factory with a forged crankshaft. To complete this, the car is now running a Rotrex supercharger with GEN 2 & T2 upgrade carried out by UKSR. It is now running around 475 BHP & is tuned by United motorsport( the best in the game for Rotrex supercharged R32’s). It has Launch control & Flat shift mapped in ( I have never used either of them due to mechanical sympathy).
At the time of rebuild, all parts were replaced with Genuine VAG items.
Original 02M 6 speed transmission which is coupled with a Forge short shifter.
Suspension/ brakes:
-Genuine Volkswagen Racing suspension -H&R springs.
-Porsche 997 Brakes set up
-Polybushes have been fitted where applicable , front & rear of the car.
Wheels:
-Factory OZ Aristo 18” alloys, fully refurbished & wrapped in brand new Michelin PS4’s.
Interior:
-Factory heated Full leather Konig wingbacks in immaculate condition. No bolster wear.
-All original R32 Aluminium trim present

-New Genuine Rear bumper vents & seals
-New Genuine Handbrake cables
-New Genuine MAF sensor
-New Genuine VW centre caps
-New Genuine Coolant temp sensor
-New Genuine Tailgate handle & lock
-New Genuine SAT NAV aerial & base
-New genuine screws, bolts, seals, rubbers & gaskets all used for anything that has been removed/ replaced.
Original Subframe , rear Haldex beam, arms etc all powder-coated. In addition, they have been fitted with polybushes where applicable.
Modifications:
-Fully forged engine , built for 800 BHP.
-Rotrex Supercharger kit designed specifically for the R32. This includes associated brackets , pipework, oil cooler, intercooler, boost pipes , pulleys & tensioners.
-The Rotrex supercharger has been completely rebuilt & upgraded by UKSR. Now running a T2 & GEN 2 compressor turbine upgrade to allow it to achieve around 475 BHP.
