Description
Bought from David Silver 10 years ago after he imported for me from the USA and arranged registration after the bike was stripped, stove enamelled to preserve the frame a new head gasket fitted.
The paint and other cycle parts are as imported.
David sourced New Old Stock spokes from the USA and I had the hubs polished and new DID rims fitted by my local classics dealer.
This is a very early diecast with all original parts including the wrinkle tank, straight cut front mudguard, the recessed key and HM300 exhausts. All of thes features are shown in the photos
Original green faced dials on Speedometer and tachometer.
All chrome is good as can be seen in the photos.
The frame number is within the first 500 crossover machines after the sand casts.
It goes and runs very well and the HM 300 exhausts sound fantastic
It is a real piece of history.
It has been kept in a dehumidified garage since buying from David Silver.
It has the ducktail seat as well.
Extra padding has been inserted for comfort.
It is identical to the one in Beaulieu and as nice. It is clearly earlier as the one in Beaulieu does not have the straight cut front mudguard.
Price reduced to 11500 in order to sellTo me this bike looks and sounds gorgeous
