I am selling my beautifully kept Toyota RAV4 XTR Mk3 2. 0 VVTi Petrol, a top spec example with just 104k miles and a fresh clean MOT until February 2027. I have used it mainly for weekend trips around the Kent countryside with my partner. It is a super reliable, practical and comfortable car that is ULEZ compliant for London use, with a smooth 150 bhp 2. 0 petrol engine mated to an easy to use 5 speed manual gearbox that makes it fluent and fun to drive.
On the road it feels very capable. The 4x4 system means it handles slippery or rough surfaces with confidence, perfect for countryside lanes or winter conditions, while still being easy to manoeuvre in town. The XTR trim means it comes with heaps of luxury & top spec trim. You get cruise control for motorway runs, an auto dimming rearview mirror to cut glare at night, 17 inch alloy wheels, front fog lights and dark tinted rear privacy glass that give it a smart look.
The dual zone climate control and functioning air conditioning keep everyone happy, there is a multifunctional steering wheel for easy access to controls, and electrically folding wing mirrors plus an electric sunroof that make parking and open air drives more enjoyable. The one touch easy flat rear seat system folds perfectly flat without removing headrests, giving you a massive boot that is great for a large family, weekend luggage or bringing the dog along. From a maintenance point of view, it has been well cared for by me and previous owners. It has a fresh strong battery, recently installed new brakes front and rear, and had its annual oil and filter service, latest on 10th February 2026. The previous owner also had it undersealed to protect against rust, so the underside is solid and it passed its MOT with ease on Feb 11th 2026. It really is a dependable car that just gets on with the job.
This RAV4 combines heaps of comfort, tons of practicality and proper 4x4 ability in a package that is fun to drive and easy to live with every day. It is the sort of car that makes exploring the countryside or running errands feel effortless. I am selling only because I am moving to an apartment without private parking and will no longer be able to keep it.
