Description
1968 Mini Moke – Fully Rebuilt | New Body | Disc Brake Upgrade | Stunning Condition
Offered for sale is my 1968 Mini Moke, which has undergone a complete ground-up rebuild. The car was rebuilt to a very high standard with the intention of creating a reliable, eye-catching example of this iconic British classic.
The restoration included a brand new body shell, along with many new components throughout the vehicle. The subframe has been replaced, and the braking system has been upgraded to front disc brakes, providing improved stopping performance over the original setup.
The Moke sits on Mini-Lite style alloy wheels, which suit the car perfectly and give it the classic Mini racing look.
Due to the extensive rebuild, very few original components remain. The only original parts retained are:
• Handbrake
• Fuel cap
• Engine
• Seats
• Original roof (included but has never been refitted since the rebuild)
The car is garaged and only used in good weather, meaning it has only seen sunshine since the rebuild and has been carefully looked after.
As anyone familiar with these cars will know, Mini Mokes attract huge attention wherever they go. This one is no exception – it regularly draws crowds and starts conversations wherever it’s parked. It’s a fantastic fun vehicle, perfect for summer drives, shows, seaside trips, or simply enjoying one of the most recognisable classic British vehicles ever made.
A rare opportunity to own a beautifully rebuilt 1968 Mini Moke that is ready to be enjoyed.
Serious enquiries welcomeI bought the Moke because they’re one of the most fun and characterful classic cars you can own. They’re simple, iconic and always attract attention wherever they go.
This one really stands out because it has had a complete ground-up rebuild with a brand new body, along with upgrades like front disc brakes and Mini-Lite wheels, so it has the charm of a 1968 classic but with the benefit of a fresh build.
My favourite thing about it is the reaction it gets from people. Wherever you stop someone will come over to talk about it, take photos or share a story about one they remember. It’s the sort of car that makes people smile.
It’s always been garaged and only driven on sunny days, which is exactly how a Moke should be enjoyed
