Description
For sale is my flying spur which has just gone over 100, 000 miles.
It has been my daily driver. Not immaculate, but tidy enough. There is a crack in the rear bumper and some laquer peel by the back wheel on one side.
Within the last 5000 miles it has had new front brakes, a pair of Yuasa batteries, bottom suspension arms, an exhaust temperature sensor, the ABS pump has been repaired, four new tyres, and probably more that i've forgotten to mention.
There are two keys. One with functioning remote locking in a new case, the other functioning, but tatty. The keyless entry and push button start works lovely.
Fully stamped up service book from main dealer & independent specialists.
MOT is until May 2027.
There is an intermittent engine management light which has been present during my whole ownership. It hasn't ever bother me and has never caused me any trouble. The electric handbrake can be intermittent too, I have ordered a pair of new handbrake motors and aim to get them fitted soon.
I drive it daily after work most evenings to visit my family and to the shops and it always gets attention wherever I go!
It has a slightly louder exhaust than factory, but tasteful.
Don't expect a show car, but its a lot of car for very little money.
On our trip to Snowdonia it averaged 20mpg which impressed me for such a heavy car with a large engine over twisty A roads.
Sensible offers near the asking price would be considered, or a deal with a classic American vehicle.
Viewing and collection in Berkeley.
My private registration is retained and the car is now registered BYZ1091. Heated & cooled seats in the front and rear, back massage facility in all four seats, electronically adjustable steering column, excessive leg room in in the rear, Nokia handheld telephone in the rear armrest.
Lovely paint code, which is less common than the typical Continentals you see on the road.
