I have no service history and there are no MOT’s in Jersey!
Bought around 2000, privately in Jersey. The body was in a poor state so circa 2002 I ordered and fitted a GRP body. GRP Body so no body rust. Super powerful engine, non turbo so economical, just bags of low down grunt. Seems to get stronger each day and has never missed a beat.
I used this vehicle in my garage business from 2000-2014 to haul in cars for repair on a towing buggy which lifted the front of the towed vehicle. She would go up any hill in Jersey in top gear whilst towing. Loads of power.
Now kept covered and inside all the time since 2014.
I’ve only just found out that TAFT(the model of this vehicle) means:
TOUGH, ALMIGHTY, FOUR WHEEL DRIVE TOURING VEHICLE. which is an apt description of it!
According to heclassicvaluers. com, there is only one of these on the Uk roads and one SORN, making it pretty scarce and almost unique and gorgeous to look at too! ATTENTION:Although the speedo reads 25, 891, the actual mileage is 125, 891(speedo zero’s at 100, 000.) THIS VEHICLE NOW OPEN TO OFFERS.
