Regretfully, presented for sale is our Audi A2 1. 6FSI, finished in Dolphin Grey over a black cloth interior.
This car was owned by my mother from 2005, having been collected from Highland Audi. It was then passed on to my Grandfather, before being sold out with the family in 2015, until we bought it back in 2023 from the same owner.
The car was dry-stored for a while until we decided best course of action. Over the course of the past year and a bit, the car has been lovingly restored with zero expense spared. The total expenditure has now reached £7, 617 (breakdown available on request, too length for advert). The following work was conducted.
The car has had a full new exhaust, new rear axle, new discs and pads all round, new arms and suspension components, and new brake lines. Further, the car has had fresh paint, all wheels refurbished, new centre caps, new buttons were worn (interior), and a new battery. It has also been fully machine polished. Most recently, the clocks were replaced and recalibrated following the spedometer failing.
The car drives like brand new. It is in very good condition for its age, and we will be extremely sad to see it go. Because of the expenditure, this car is future proofed for some amount of time. A great car to buy if you want to fight the electric car regime. Due to the spend to date, and sentimental value, only very serious and sensible offers will be entertained.
