Description
A beautifully presented 1965 MGB Roadster finished in British Racing Green with black interior piped in white. A lovely example that combines period charm with great drivability.
In the same ownership for the last four decades, the car has been kept garaged and well looked after. A full nut & bolt restoration was completed in the mid 90s. It boasts an override transmission, chrome wire wheels, and a quality chrome luggage rack, complete with wicker picnic basket & bespoke leather straps.
The engine and gearbox were both rebuilt by specialists in 2020 (receipts included), and the brake system is in great condition, with performance discs and pads up front. A full stainless steel exhaust system is fitted, and the underside of the vehicle is in excellent condition. The seats have been reupholstered per-factory specs, and complement the original doorcards and interior fittings, set off perfectly by the woodrim steering wheel.
The full soft top and frame are in great shape, and the car comes with it’s original tonneau cover, as can be seen in the photographs.
Overall a wonderful example of a usable classic MGB. Car located in North Wales, viewings welcomed by appointment.
