Here we have a 1995 960 estate 3. 0litre 204hp with MANUAL gearbox
Sadly I have come to the decision to sell my car as it is not being used.
MOT till Nov 2026 taxed till next April
It is a great car but it has only done 150miles since last mot as I have too many cars and no time to use them.
The car has been lightly restomodded and has not rust..
The car was converted from automatic to manual 5 speed about 6 years ago using a 1997 S90 as a donor car. So this is the stronger L2 gearbox - which is very rare.
I forgot to add it has a TTV billet steel flywheel and a genuine volvo Turbo v70 R clutch - which makes the engine much more responsive and easier to get clutches if one needs (the original dual mass flywheel is no longer available)
It has also had significant suspension and brake upgrades.
Suspension:
Front: cut down ’06 XC70 Sachs front springs with Monroe shocks so it is still smooth and comfortable but stiff enough to handle very well
Rear: SATA motorsport adjustable ride height rear control arms with non self levelling rear leaf spring and AVO adjustable shocks.
The entire suspension was stripped, sandblasted and repainted with alot of new bushes.
This means it drives like an OEM plus and is lowered by 30mm only.
Brakes:
Front: T5R 302mm vented discs and calipers with Ferodo DS2500 brake pads with Goodrich braided brake hoses
Rear: Black Diamond grooved and cross drilled discs with matching pads and Goodrich braided hoses. This car stops really fast….
Wheels and tyres: pristine professionally refurbed Andromeda 7”x16” alloys with new in 2024 Conti premium contact 7 matching tyres.
Reconditioned steering rack and and reconditioned cross member (sandblasted and painted)
Interior: near perfect V90 Dark grey leather alcantara with matching perfect door cards and V90 centre console.
Exterior: there has been quite alot of paint been done on this - Roof, roof bars, bonnet, front wings - bumpers door mirrors and door handles.
But the doors and rear quarters are not as good (original and an earlier paint repair)on left rear quarter.
Grille has been de-chromed and painted satin black
Front bumper has had headlamp wiper delete to clean up the front look.
Underside: was all cleaned off and re painted and re undersealed. There is no rust..
Genuine volvo exhaust.
Sunroof works as it should
Bits that dont work:
A/ C - has a new pump but not been connected up
Vac leak on arcon air flap under the dash (I have new seals and spare vac unit ) but not had time to do it..
Cruise control doesn’t work - due to vac leak.
Spares package: this comes with the car - if required.

Spare suspension bushes (new)
Rear shocks (still boxed)
Repaired aircon pipes ready to go back in
Spare set of genuine 6. 5”x16” steel wheels with winter tyres
Spare bonnet , front wings

I want to sell but I am not in any rush so I can wait for the right offer.
This is a uniqueI have owned this car for 8 years. This is a unique build that I did not intend to sell but it drives beautifully and is fantastic on sweeping back roads and then you can sit back and cruise down the motorway effortlessly.
I have maintained this car meticulously
Will be sorry to see it go.
