2004 Smart Brabus Roadster - A fun, modern classic ready for new ownership. I have owned this car for 19 years, but it's now time for someone else to enjoy.
When supplied new by Smart in 2004 this was a top of the range Brabus edition, with optional trip computer, instrument pods and paddle shift gear change.
The car is high mileage but the chassis is solid and the body being made from plastic panels means rust is not an issue.
This Roadster has been upgraded with Smart Racing 4 pot front calipers and a rear disc brake conversion (uses Smart front discs and Golf Mk4 calipers). The engine was remapped by Big Performance Smart specialists and is now estimated at 125bhp (up from 101 as standard).
As can be expected from a 22 year old car, it's not perfect but could be used regularly in its current condition or with some TLC could present to a high standard.
To bring it up to top standard it would benefit from alloy wheel refurbishment and repairs to stone chips that are present on the body work.
It benefits from a recent new starter and replacement chargecooler radiator (this was purpose fabricated as they are no longer available new). Rear tyres are new, fronts have plenty of life remaining. Sold new 2004
