Sadly, I have decided to part with my pride and joy.
I’ve had the car since it came out of the factory.
I ran it in meticulously. It hasn’t ever been thrashed or tracked and always allowed to warm up before pressing on.
The car is in excellent condition inside and out.
No marks on the seats, dashboard or any other surface interiorly.
Bodywork is very good and has been washed and waxed at least once per month along with G-Tech ceramic sealant.
I have kept the carpets covered up with homemade rubber mats over the top.
It has covered 14800 miles and has now been off the road, covered up over the past month as I’m using another car.
It has had its first service in February this year (and the running in service when it hit 500-800 miles).
It has the carbon fibre roof, which isn’t standard anymore, (think it’s a £3k optional extra now), the £10k optional extra carbon fibre bodykit from the factory, (which I haven’t seen anyone else really go for, but it sets the car off perfectly), 5 year service plan, and has had two coats of BMW paint protection.
No scuffs or marks on the wheels.
November last year, I put a set of Michelin PS4’s on the car because I couldn’t stand the Pirelli P-Zero’s it came out of the factory on. Quite possibly the worst tyres I’ve ever experienced, and I swear by Michelin for my cats and bikes.
The car still has a year’s warranty to run from the 1st May, which can be extended.
Please note, I will not entertain dreamers, tyre kickers, time wasters or test pilots.
The car is in perfect working order and still covered under the manufacturer warranty, so if something does go wrong, the buyer won’t have to worry about anything.
Not in a rush to sell, but recently lost my Mum and adopted her dog (and inherited the Dog’s car in her old Golf, so going to use this for the time being as the dog is used to it, it has sentimental value, and I can’t fit her crate in the M2 easily).
Otherwise I wouldn’t be parting with this car.
BMW have built such an epic machine in this new M2 and I’ll be heartbroken to see her go, but needs must!
