This is a Bereavement Sale, the last owner lovingly restored this Phelon and Moore Panther Motorbike and Sidecar to the outstanding condition it is in now, Owned for over 20 years as part of a collection, I have V5 paperwork.
Until a few years ago it was maintained and used regularly, but has been dry stored and unused for a couple of years so will need re-commissioning.
