1. 9 petrol water cooled engine bay fuel lines and fuel filter replaced March this year.
4 belted seats
Full width pullout bed (rear seat)
Upper sliding bed still in situ but no mattress used for storage.
Storage cupboards above cab
3 way fridge works fine on mains and battery hit and miss on gas.
2 ring gas hob and grill
Sink electric pump tap supplied from
water containers.
Waste goes outboard to a separate waste water container.
Propex gas heater serviced by Propex.
Gas safe fitted, gas bottle plus spare.
Zig power unit for electrics
EHU external socket.
Leisure battery under passenger seat new
Passenger seat swivels
Table socket between front seats. Table and leg plus base for outdoor use.
ABR touring awning plus under van wind skirt.
Under bed tank removed for storage of any heavy items.
4 good tyres.
Solid underneath wax oiled regularly, some minor body rust.
Mot’d 31/ 03/ 2026 no advisories.

Rear brake linings and cylinders renewed 2022.
Reversing sensors fitted by previous owner.
Pioneer stereo radio speakers mounted on bulkhead below bed.
Battery guard monitor fitted for leisure battery will need to download app. We bought the Campervan in 2021 and changed the tired interior to our liking the interior of panel cavities treatedwith Bilt Hamber anti corrosion wax and then lined with recycled plastic insulation new interior panels fitted. 3/ 4 bed replaced with a Vanwurks full width rock and roll bed. Under seat water tank was removed giving storage for heavier items. Water containers with an electric pump supply the sink.
All curtains are bespoke handmade for the van there are handmade internal thermal window covers.
The overhead sliding bed is still in situ the mattresses were life expired and we used the space for storage of clothes and bedding.
We have really enjoyed our trips in the van drives well and steady at 60 ish. The mot mileage shows itd not been used a lot lately and we have moved onto a motor home age related reasons.
It’s time it was used fully by some who wishes to enjoy van life.
