A pre65 sprite trials machine with a villiers 9e 197cc engine. Has had a total refurb by the previous owner, including a new rod kit, balanced, rebore , piston, bearings, bushes, chains, trials gearing etc. Electrexworld electronic ingition. New bearings and selectors. Akront alloy rims, stainless spokes, british hub company full width hubs. Renthal bars. Forks are early ceriani. Since my purchase of this sprite, i have found it too heavy for me to ride competitively, and have since retired from acu trials, which is the reason for sale. sprite motorcycles were manufactured in britain by frank hipkin, who was an ace trials rider from the 60's era. This sprite was initially purchased by a customer in europe, then finally returned to the uk in 2010, where it received an age related uk registration number. The registration number is non transferable. The sprite is registered in my name.
