The previous owner had spent some money and begun converting it. He had it resprayed in 2017. For the last few years it has been sitting on his drive. As you can see from the photos the van comes with a lot but needs someone to finish it and make it a camper again. It runs and stops but will need a full recommission and the interior finishing.
The van is worth a lot more in parts but its too good not to get back on the road.

Engine:
1. 9 DG Petrol Engine (120, 000 miles) with a 5 speed box. Drives through all the gears well. We have serviced the engine before listing, including oil & filter, plugs, HT leads, dizzy cap and rotor arm. The engine runs OK but I think the carb needs a rebuild. Also the exhaust is blowing and will need replacing but the exhaust back box looks ok. There is an intermittent coolant leak at the top of the thermostat housing. There is a complete (used) VW thermostat unit with a new thermostat included in the sale.

Bodywork:
Van has been lowered 40mm. Overall the bodywork is very presentable, I have taken photos of the rusty bits which include the passenger wheel arch. Small hole in the floor on drivers side and both rear inner corners.

Interior:
As you can see from the photos the previous owner was part-way through the interior conversion. The Autohomes Zig unit has been reused, this and the solar was professionally installed, the rest of the wiring was installed by the old owner. The cables have all been labelled.
Interior comes with a RnR bed frame, sink / cooker unit, tap and water pump, leisure batteries, tracker unit. Most panels have been insulated.
Van comes with one original autohomes front seat and two aftermarket seats.
