Good mechanically, runs & drives great, luxury feel, smooth engine and transmission, no warning lights, recent full service, with all filters, and fluids replaced, MOT valid till 2ndNovember. All doors open no problem, soft close work on all doors. No previous service history, but recently given a full service including all filters and fluids.
Cosmetically:
========
No rust, Still in its original paint, bodywork is not in showroom state, some small dents, touched up scratches & dents on rear right rear wheel arch & door caused by previous owner using tools to to remove door handle as door had been stuck shut, and other marks and dents here and there from age and use over the years, NOT crash damage, no replaced panels, no welding and no structural issues, the car is all original and genuine, and priced accordingly.
These marks are purely cosmetic and don’t affect the way the car drives or feels. I prefer to keep the originality rather than repaint, and the price already reflects this and the rarity of the Business Edition.
If fully painted will easily fetch £14-15k as its a business edition with table, foot rest, beige interior, wooden steering etc, business features can fetch £3k alone which I have been offered, I'd rather sell the whole package as one genuine historic identity so all the above justifies the price, if you see cheaper price for S500L, then just check if they have all the above Business Edition features.
if you want a show car and can afford 15k look out in the market, if you want to pay half that for a drivable S500L and dont mind the cosmetics, and enhance the bodywork later at your own pace and budget and you can make a few grands profit then buy my car. Can't be more honest than this!
