This XJ6 X300 Sport began its life in 1995 at the Jaguar factory in Coventry, England. It was built to UK/ European specification, finished in British Racing Green with a tan leather interior — the definitive Jaguar combination. From there, it was exported new to its first and only owner.
The original owner ordered this car new. He was not a dealer. He was not a collector flipping cars for profit. He was simply a man who appreciated fine British engineering and wanted a Jaguar to keep.
And keep it he did — for nearly three decades.
During those years, the car was never used as a daily driver. The owner drove it only when the mood struck: weekend escapes along coastal roads, a dinner reservation across town, the occasional longer tour when time allowed. Never out of necessity. Always out of enjoyment.
