1974 Maico MC 400
I have had this bike for a couple of years and had some great fun in it. I have done a couple of races and events with it.
I bought the bike as a restored one but it had been sat for quite a few years and needed recommission.
The bore has been inspected and is in very good condition, the carburettors has been cleaned and tuned. I have replaced the rubber intake manifold with a silicone one as it was perished. All the nuts and bolts have been tightened properly as during the first shakedown some of them got loose and fell…
I have about 5h on the bike myself and it has behaved really well, quite a powerful machine but handles extremely well.
Unfortunately due to a change of circumstances I have to let go of it, reluctantly.
The bike is stored in West London and can be viewed by appointment.
