For sale is our stunning 1997 Defender 90 300Tdi, which recently has gone through a comprehensive ground-up rebuild and presented in exceptional condition throughout.
The vehicle was stripped back and built around a galvanised chassis (finished in black). Every body panel has been professionally resprayed inside and out. Classic Keswick Green finish and black roof. The finish is to a very high standard and speaks for itself in the photos.
Originality was key and we’ve made sure the majority of components have been restored. For example underbody components such as suspension arms and bracketry have all been sand-blasted and resprayed.
The original 300Tdi engine, gearbox, and transfer box have all been serviced and cleaned to perfect working order, along with the fitment of a new clutch. The engine bay presents extremely clean and tidy as can be seen.
The vehicle has covered 123, 000 miles, but only a few hundred miles since the rebuild. It has been dry stored and never driven in wet conditions since completion, leaving the underside in exceptionally clean, near-new condition.
