2006 Audi RS4 Saloon – Phantom Black Pearl
AMM International are proud to offer this well-presented 2006 Audi RS4 Saloon finished in Phantom Black Pearl over Black RS leather interior. Supplied new by Audi Southampton, this is a highly original and exceptionally well-kept example of one of Audi Sport’s most celebrated modern performance cars.
Powered by the legendary naturally aspirated 4. 2 FSI V8 producing 420PS through a 6-speed manual gearbox and permanent quattro all-wheel drive system, the B7 RS4 has firmly established itself as one of the last truly analogue German performance saloons, combining wide-arch aggression, naturally aspirated character, hydraulic steering feel, and everyday usability in a package that is becoming increasingly sought after amongst enthusiasts and collectors alike.
First registered in 2006, this RS4 has covered 75, 950 miles from new and has had 4 owners from new. The vehicle presents exceptionally well throughout and has clearly benefitted from careful enthusiast ownership over the years.
Supplied new by Audi Southampton, the car comes complete with its original service book, extensive maintenance history, V5 present, and is HPI clear. Servicing has been carried out by Audi main dealers and respected specialists throughout its life, with the service book fully up to date. Most recently, the vehicle was serviced at approximately 75, 000 miles.
Mechanically, the car performs exactly as it should. The naturally aspirated V8 pulls exceptionally well throughout the rev range with excellent throttle response and strong performance. The clutch feels healthy and progressive, cold starts are clean, and there are no warning lights or known faults present.
A major highlight of this example is the professionally fitted Bilstein suspension setup installed last year, replacing the factory DRC suspension system. Widely regarded amongst RS4 enthusiasts as one of the best upgrades for the platform, the Bilstein setup dramatically improves reliability while maintaining the car’s balance of comfort, composure, and driver engagement. The original Bilstein adjustment tools and keys are included with the vehicle.
The car is fitted with Bridgestone tyres all round, all with good remaining tread, and the chassis feels tight, composed, and confidence inspiring on the road.

Cosmetically, the vehicle presents extremely well for its age and mileage. The Phantom Black paintwork retains excellent depth and gloss throughout. There are only minor age-related imperfections including a small number of stone chips to the bonnet, a minor PDR-correctable ding, and one or two small marks to the windscreen consistent with normal use.
The interior is in particularly impressive condition. The black RS leather comfort seats remain extremely well preserved with no significant bolster wear present, the steering wheel and controls remain clean, and the recently reconditioned headlining further complements the condition of the cabin. Overall, the interior reflects the careful use and mature ownership this vehicle has clearly benefitted from.
The vehicle is MOT tested until 15 July 2026 and is ready to be enjoyed immediately.
As values of clean, correctly maintained analogue-era performance cars continue to strengthen, the B7 RS4 is increasingly being recognised as one of Audi Sport’s defining modern classics.
