Took as PX but I’ve known of the car for about 10 years. Was Enthusiast owned and never taken out in the rain.
Factory extra headlight wipers and external temperature sensor.
I’ve just given it a service, oil and filters including the fuel filter under the car for peace of mind for the new owner and didn’t see any nasty surprises under there.
17” wheels, good tyres, 2 Michelin 1 Pirelli. Genuine Mercedes wheels. They had a light refurb but you’ll probably want to put monoblocks on.
Recentlyish resprayed, but couple of age related marks around it. Very very presentable. Gets a lot of eyes.
Bluetooth radio also has original radio + plus some history and documents too. One key though.
MOT next year, had a couple of patches put in for this test on back arch hence fresh stone chip. But very very solid car. Front spring perches are fantastic too.
Not the usual rotten heap and surprisingly spritely for 2. 0 petrol.
Wiring loom doesn’t look too bad, rear subframe mounts very good. Took to Belfast couple times (100 mile round trip) to make sure it was okay and no issues. I’ve done about 800 miles on it and didn’t miss a beat. This is a car ready to go and enjoy.
Need sold to clear space as you can see, buying a house and this was taken as a PX on something else so it wasn’t destined to stay - I have my own S124 undergoing restoration so I don’t really have a need for this one.

Bad points:
Blower doesn’t work - sourced a known working one to go with it. Previous owner started the job but stopped because of reasons - but the plastics for the scuttle are in the boot, everything’s there.
Slight rip on driver seat - bolster fine, just a rip on the material
Wiring loom is original - it’s given no issues that I can see and only one bit of visible cracking that I can see after looking, but I want it in writing so you know!
Crack in screen - it’s been on there for years and has never failed a test - presumably as it’s not in driver eye line.
Sunroof stopped working - but switch feels terrible so possibly that (have pics with it open and had seen it open).
4250 Ono, don’t really want to swap as it’s to fund a house but if a Hilux Surf comes up for swap I’m willing to have that discussion (grovel) with the better half for it. Open to sensible offers!
