Description
The car is in good condition. It was imported from France by my (deceased) brother about 10 years ago. It has just passed its MOT. It’s based on a Renault 4. It has the original Renault colour: an apple-green shade. New starter motor, battery and engine mounts. It has just had a service. It drives beautifully—it's like a go-kart for an intense driving experience. The seats are removable/ swap-out seats. In the Netherlands it’s registered as “unknown”, because at the RDW the make wasn’t known when it was registered. In the Netherlands the car has been completely disassembled and is being restored. There is a key for the ignition and a chip for the immobiliser. The key for the fuel pump sender/ lock has broken off, but the cap functions. The voltmeter also doesn’t work. The paintwork is excellent! There are a few small scratches—see the photos. All information is provided with the disclaimer that I don’t know the car’s history. The car came from an inheritance and I’m not a technician! I also don’t know whether the mileage is genuine. What I do know is that the car was my brother’s pride and joy, and he poured all his passion into it. I hope his new owner will love the car just as much. The underside of the car is in good condition. There’s a sort of cover/ hood fitted with the car—see the photos. The car is unique. The only one in the Netherlands. Beautiful chromed bumpers in a teardrop shape. It’s genuinely a collector’s item that rarely comes up. Only 160 were built. If you love the car as much as my brother did, everything will be fine.
