Audi A6 2. 0 TDI Estate Avant (2009 Facelift Model) – The Good, The Bad, and The UglyI have for sale a 2009 Audi A6 Avant estate. It was originally purchased for a disabled lady for local journeys to appointments. As an estate, it was perfect for wheelchair access. Unfortunately, due to changes in her health, she can no longer use the car, and I have been instructed to sell it. While I didn't receive a full service history from the previous owner, no expense was spared on maintenance, as you’ll see in the photos. On June 9th, 2026, the car was fully serviced—new filters (air, oil, fuel, pollen) were all replaced with Castrol 5W-30 fully synthetic oil. Brake pads look new; the engine was flushed, and the gearbox oil was changed. I will try to upload a video of the service, along with pictures. The Good:2009 facelift Audi A6 Avant 2. 0 TDI Auto SE. Current mileage: 111, 930 miles. MOT valid until March 1, 2027. Comes with 2 keys plus a plastic valet key. Only 4 owners, including myself. Bodywork is generally good for its age and mileage. Interior is in good condition, though the aluminium door inserts show some oxidation. Annual tax: £265. Full V5 logbook present. HPi clear. The Bad:Handbrake button not functioning; it requires a new switch. Air conditioning needs regassing. One front parking sensor not working (passenger side under the headlight). One reverse light bulb is out. The car has not been valeted and will need a thorough clean inside and out. The load cover is missing. The Ugly:There is a noticeable vibration at low speeds (up to 30–40 mph). Once above 50 mph, it runs smoothly (up to 70 mph), but a local mechanic suspects it may be drive shaft or balance-related. Or something else. I strongly advise transporting the car by trailer. After a detailed inspection by my mechanic, it turns out the gearbox is slipping in second gear, causing a noticeable judder.
