My father owned a Volkswagen dealership a few years ago and purchased this beautiful classic car I believe in 1988, it has been off the road and stored in a dry garage undercover for many years (approx 38 years). The car starts and runs and is in very good shape apart from a slight bit of rust on the bumpers, see pics. It has been untouched, except a new fan belt has been installed and a new battery.
