Beautiful 1973 VW Campervan. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have to sell. Such a shame as it's such a beautiful van. Drives wonderfully. No oil leaks since I have had it. Bought in April/ May time. I have been purchasing accessories since in the hope that this would be my holiday retreat/ adventure but I now require monies for other commitments. Full MOT and paperwork can be provided. I have changed the colour on the logbook as the van has been resprayed by previous owner, and lots of work and welding done. This van is immaculate. Lots of money gone into. When I bought this, I paid for the interior to be put in - hob, sink, toilet, etc etc. Electric integrated. Engine has been serviced and new carb. Brand new interior and trimming. This van is a high top. It has the louvred/ jalousie windows, and also side windows open outward which adds value to the van! These are expensive to put in, and it allows more breeze to circulate. It also has a skylight/ vent on the centre of the roof. I had the engine bay lock replaced as it was sticking/ lock not functional. I also had a custom awning rail out on which will accommodate any low awning. Accessories can be negotiated with price. Once you get used to adjusting your driving style from a modern car to a classic, it is easy to drive. The gears are smooth. No power steering but it is a classic and it's such a wonderful experience. The van starts up every time, with ease. Smells wonderful.
