Mercedes E320 CDI W210 automatic Avantgarde in silver. The car is in exceptional condition inside and out with only 99, 900 miles on the clock. These cars are becoming rare now especially the diesels. I purchased the car last year from a local guy who had owned the car for many years. Over the years he spent a small fortune all documented in the large history file present including all the maintenance and a full professional re spray. He purchased all new trim clips and emblems etc from Mercedes and it shows. The car doesn’t look 25 years old nearly. The previous owner told me he never used the car throughout the winter and was kept in a heated garage. He used the car primarily for weekends and even holidays across Europe. The car has an excellent service history showing full Mercedes of York service history Upto 2018 when he purchased the car including all new pulleys and belt and a new Mercedes alternator in 2017. There’s also various Mercedes invoices for parts he bought etc wherever he could. All the documentation including the Mercedes folders, booklets, radio book, workshop manual, original brochure and 2 genuine Mercedes keys and Mercedes York Key rings There’s also the original Mercedes tool kit complete. (See photos). Being the Avantgarde inside the car is a really nice place to be, even the Air conditioning works. There are no rips or tears in the seats or carpets etc (see photos) There’s even a spare set of Genuine Mercedes floor mats. The engine is the very reliable OM613 which sounds excellent and starts first time once the glow plug light is extinguished. There’s a no warning lights etc. The car is fitted with an aftermarket radio/ Bluetooth unit but the original Mercedes radio is also included for originality. I Purchased the car like I said last year from a local guy with the intention of getting the car back on the road as a long distance road trip car however the reality is I’ll never get chance to do the car. The car hasn’t been driven on the road since September last year as I purchased the car with its know faults. The car will need trailering away and is sold as a project or spares or repairs due to the lack of MOT. As far as I’m aware the car needs* 2 front coil springs- 2 front Bilstein springs are included in the car (see pictures)* Offside front spring perch- this is a common issue on these cars. The other side is unknown condition and possibly need inspection.* The Nearside front lower suspension arm is cracked and needs replacement- again a new arm will come in the boot with the car.* 4 new tyres needed. I bought the car knowing all of this from what the previous owner told me therefore I’ve never driven the car due to these faults but would drive perfectly onto a trailer etc. however the harsh reality is I’ll never get time to do the car due to owning several other classics taking my time.
