Presented in racerised form, the frame and engine numbers correspond to a road-going MV 125 Turismo Rapido Extra. Whilst the machine displays period-style racing modifications, we have found no evidence at this stage to suggest that it is a factory competition motorcycle or possesses documented period racing history.
We therefore recommend cataloguing the machine as a 'Racing Motorcycle', accurately reflecting its current presentation whilst avoiding assumptions regarding its original specification.
