1983 Ford Granada Ghia X 2. 8 v6 Auto 4 Door Saloon
4 former keepers from new. I have owned the Granada for 10 years I have looked after it well. In good condition for its age. It has always been garaged. I have some old mots and some old bills it does have the service history book stamped from 1987 to 1997 at 66089 miles and the service book is full of stamps. The previous owner maintained it well and looked after it well. I also have done the same and maintained it well. I took it off the road in 2017 which it was garage stored until 2025 when I decided to put it back on the road again in 2025 and moted it and I moted it again 2026 at 81268 miles. Moted till February 2027. The 2. 8 v6 engine runs lovely and the gearbox changes nice through the gears the car drives lovely for the age. It has had a brand new weber carburetor fitted in 2016. It has the original ford radio plus electric ariel all works even the air con clicks in but does need a re gas I have tried to find some one who has the old air con gas but no luck at the moment to find some one local to me. And it would be much colder with it re gassed. Every thing all works apart from the central locking can be temperamental on the back drivers side door but will lock manually some days it is fine then some days it not. And the rev counter goes straight to the top of the gauge but this does not effect anything else there is a picture showing this. It has always been like this since I have owned it. It does have some age related marks but for being 43 years old its not bad and they are getting rare and hard to find good ones please study pictures I have took the pictures on a real bright day and on a sunset evening.
