On sale, is my lovely and very usable R107 350 SL V8 that has been a dream car for me to own. Painted in blue metallic with a matching hardtop, which has rarely been used in my two-year ownership. Now that I have scratched the itch, I would like to see it go to someone who can use it more than me, as my garage space is being taken up with other ideas.
Nine previous owners before me, and a history backing up many miles, including my work on the car covering the brakes, steering, suspension and engine rear main oil seal.
There are one or two paint defects around the body, but the underbody is very good, with a good bulkhead and no leaks to the cabin.
A recent new blue soft-top was fitted, which still retains the original logos on the plastic windows and nice, healthy rubber seals. The early checked fabric has no rips or tears, which is remarkable for a car of this age and shows the care the car has received throughout its life. ULEZ, TAX and MOT exempt.
