Here is a rare car a mk1 Punto sporting 1. 6 from 1996. Only two of these cars remain on the road. I’ve owned this since 2019 when I bought it from a guy in Scotland to pair with a black one I have that’s identical in every other way. The intention was for my kids to each have one as they are amazingly economical to insure. My daughter has just bought her own car and so this one is now available.
This car has a huge amount of history with a completely full service book. It has been looked after and serviced regularly every year I’ve had it. It’s only showing four owners total and I believe from its condition that it’s been garaged for much of its life.
Looking at the underside of the car with my mechanic, its bodywork and underside is really solid and has never been welded. (Pictures provided)
Everything works in this car, including the remote central locking and original radio and sunroof. This is 100% an original Car condition wise. This year the car has had a new front exhaust, the seats have been professionally re-trimmed and has had four new tyres, recently had a new clutch, new exhaust and extensive works on the brakes. The only known issue is if you completely open the sunroof it’s sometimes get stuck coming back and needs a little bit of help with a small screwdriver. Recently had its minor dents removed by a painless Dent professional up here in Yorkshire, to bring it up to standard for sale. It comes with the original locking nuts a spare pair of wing mirrors painted white, and a set of vinyl Doors strips, as the originals have peeled in a couple of places. Comes with two keys, one blue one red.
Fantastic retro car in very good original condition, the interior, Dashboard wheels and exterior are all an amazing condition for a 30 year-old Car. you will not find another of these.
