Description

For sale my 1992 Fiat Panda 750 F. I. R. E 4 speed manual in Rosso Corsa

It was MOT’d June 2026 no advisories

This was already a fairly rust free example when I purchased it however it’s been fully restored and was completed September 2022.

Car needs to be seen to understand how immaculate it is.

Since then it has seen 0 wet miles and dry stored.

Reason for sale is I just dont use it enough, I MOT’d it in June and it’s been used twice, recent mileages paint a picture.

I Have a big album of restoration photos and invoices.

Got to try and remember everything that was done but here goes

Work Completed:

Body work - any rust completely cut out and new metal fabricated and welded in, the main task was the door inners and outers which had countless hours put into them. There was a few small areas on sill inners and outers and some work done to the scuttle panel / lower windscreen seal area. As I say I have plenty of photos of all the work that was completed.

Car was then seam sealed, etch primed inside and out, and sprayed in its original colour in a single stage Max Meyer paint. Underside was stone chipped, and waxed using Bilt Hamber Dynax. All cavities were also waxed using Bilt Hamber Dynax.

Running gear:

All running gear including the omega rear axle stripped/ cleaned/ painted replaced.

New wheel bearings, wheel hubs, coil springs, brake pads, brake shoes, brake drums, brake hose flexi, rear control arms, gear linkage bushes, drive shaft cv boots inner and outer. Basically anything that needed to be replaced was.

Engine:

Engine was totally stripped, bottom end clearances and play all checked and all within spec (low mileage car). Top end, cylinder head skimmed, new valve stem seals, valves lapped and valve timings adjusted as per specs.

Fully serviced including new gearbox oil the proper stuff when you could still find it.

Timing/ alternator belts replaced, new mechanical fuel pump, New electronic ignition/ distributor/ cap/ rotor, vacuum advance, carb stripped ultrasonic cleaned rebuilt with new gasket/ seal set and new jets. New air filter, new sump, new coil, new thermostat, new water pump, new engine and gearbox mounts, new coolant hoses upper and lower, new radiator etc.

Interior and bodywork trim/ plastics:

New door seals, new boot seals, new window seals (door window seals particularly important as these shrink and allow water to collect in the doors)

New front and rear bumpers, new rear spats, new front grille, all new badges front and rear. NOS rhd front light, New indicator lenses, new door bins, new rear arch plastic covers new rear window plastic hinges. I’m sure there’s other new plastics I just can’t remember. Any plastics that weren’t replaced were restore using Wurth plastic dye which is the absolute best.

The interior was completely re trimmed in a period looking fabric, new carpet sourced from Italy so LHD but has tailored mats. Has the ultra rare clock! New dash/ speedo surround as its common for the clips to get snapped. New seat handles and surrounds. New rear parcel shelf. It’s also got the hammock speakers and a period looking radio fitted which I have fitted an aux Bluetooth receiver to.

A lot of hours and hard work went into this car, it really wants for nothing much and is a ready to go classic car!

Bad points… this is being really picky however the rear de mister doesn’t work there are some broken circuits in the rear window not the easiest to get repaired and there is no spare wheel (well there is it just needs blasting and painting and a tyre fitted)

Included in the sale is some spare parts need to check properly but off the top of my head. (fuel pump, distributor, wheel trims, front grilles, indicator lenses)

I will also include a complete 999cc 4x4 engine with the higher lift cam. This was going to get fitted originally but I decided to keep it all original and the 750cc is plenty good enough and runs so well.
