This Defender has been much more than just a car to us – it’s been a proper part of the family.
It’s the sort of vehicle that has been there for all the everyday adventures: heading out for muddy dog walks, piling the four kids into the back, and our annual trip to collect the Christmas tree. There’s something about a Defender that makes even an ordinary journey feel like an occasion.
We’ve loved its character, its practicality and the fact that you never really worry about where you’re going or what you need to carry. It’s given us some brilliant family memories over the years, which is why it will be genuinely sad to see it go.
